Tiziana’s book ‘Meeting Shiva – Falling and Rising in Love in the Indian Himalayas’ will be released on 30 August by Changemakers Books. She will be celebrating with a book launch at Shekinashram Retreat Centre in Glastonbury, UK, where most of the book was written.

First copies of the book book will be for sale at a reduced price and Tiziana will give a talk, sign books and treat you to chai and sweet prasad. There’s also bhajans at Shekinashram that evening from 7pm.

Erfahre etwas über Indien; lausche bezaubernden Klängen; trinke köstlichen Chai; esse süße, gesunde laddus; lerne etwas über die Ursprünge von Yoga und Ayurveda; singe uralte Mantren; lerne neue Menschen kennen……

Um unsere  Liebe zu Indien zu teilen, ist dieser Abend ganz dem Herkunftsland des Yoga gewidmet. Mit dabei sind:

Tiziana Stupia, ursprüngliche Aarbergenerin, wird von ihren Indien-Aufenthalten und ihr Leben in indischen Ashrams erzählen. Durch ihre Reisen ist ihr Buch ‘Meeting Shiva’ entstanden, das im August veröffentlicht wird. Zusammen mit Tina Sunita Huber,  Inhaberin von InnerSmile Yoga und Indien-Liebhaberin, wird sie Fragen über Yoga und Ayurveda beanworten. Unterstützt werden die beiden von Bettina Schweer, Musikerin und Indien-Reisende, die zusammen mit Tiziana am Harmonium auf der Gitarre alte, indische Mantras spielen wird.

Der Abend ist kostenlos – um Anmeldung wird jedoch gebeten. Freiwillige Spenden für Helping Hands for India (http://www.helpinghandsforindia.org/), eine neue Schule in Nordindien, werden gesammelt.

This was followed by a lively discussion on Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle.
